SpaPure Alkalinity Increaser 2 lb Granular Spa and Hot Tub Total Alkalinity Booster
Fast dissolving bicarbonate for steady pH.
SpaPure Alkalinity Increaser (SKU PST-SPA2693CS20B2, MPN C002693-CS20B2) is a 2 lb bottle of granular sodium bicarbonate that raises total alkalinity and keeps your pH parked where it belongs. Alkalinity is the buffer that holds pH in the ideal range, so even when today’s pH reading looks fine, alkalinity that has drifted low or high will bounce that reading around, work on metal parts and heater components, and make the water less comfortable to sit in. The ultra fast dissolving granules broadcast straight over circulating water, play well with every sanitizer and oxidizing system, and the spa is ready to use immediately after application. Alkalinity moves slowly compared to pH, so you only need to test it about half as often, and a 2 lb bottle covers a long stretch of routine correction.
