The SECO 03007664 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding metal-cutting applications. It features a 1-inch mill diameter, a 2-inch length of cut, and 6 spiral flutes with a 38-degree helix angle. The AlTiN coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life in ferrous and hard-material cuts. The micrograin carbide substrate supports aggressive feed rates while maintaining edge integrity. Variable index flute spacing reduces harmonic chatter during cuts. This end mill fits standard straight-cylindrical toolholding systems with a 1-inch shank diameter.
