This ballast transfomer works with UltraPure Water Quality ozonator models UPP15-UPS350/500/800, 230v
Solid state electronic ballast transformer as used in the Ultrapure ozone system.
UPP15 replacement 120 volt transformer. We also offer the 120 volt version.

1008031 replaces 3505261 and SC-230-287-CUV . Now has 6 wires (2 blue, 2 red, white, black) and no longer comes with the metal plate. Please follow the instructions pictured on the side of the ballast for proper wiring.
