The HELLERMANNTYTON TSR2W-25 is a 1-1/4 inch elbow cover designed for use with surface-mounted raceway systems. It provides a finished transition at 90-degree horizontal corners, covering the internal elbow fitting and maintaining a clean, continuous appearance along the raceway run. The cover is white in color, making it suitable for installations where aesthetics matter alongside wire protection. Electricians and low-voltage installers working with structured wiring, data cabling, or general branch circuit routing in walls and ceilings are the primary users of this component.

This elbow cover is used in residential and light commercial surface raceway installations where conduit cannot be run inside walls or where exposed routing is required. It fits standard 1-1/4 inch raceway channel systems and is typically installed at corner transitions along baseboards, walls, or above ceiling lines. The white finish blends with common interior trim and drywall surfaces, minimizing visual impact in finished spaces such as offices, classrooms, and living areas.

Installation Notes

This cover is installed by electricians or low-voltage technicians as part of a surface raceway assembly. De-energize all circuits before routing or securing conductors inside the raceway channel. Ensure the base elbow fitting is secured to the wall surface before snapping the cover into place. Installation should comply with applicable NEC requirements for surface raceway wiring methods.
