Description

The AVYCON AVR-NT832A-36T is an all-in-one hybrid digital video recorder and network video recorder supporting H.265 compression and 4K resolution. It is designed for professional surveillance system installations where both analog and IP camera inputs are required in a single unit. The hybrid architecture allows integrators and security technicians to manage mixed camera environments without deploying separate recording platforms. H.265 compression reduces storage overhead compared to older codec standards, making this unit well suited for high-channel, high-resolution deployments.

The AVR-NT832A-36T fits commercial and residential security installations that require flexible camera input options. Its hybrid design supports transitional environments where legacy analog cameras coexist with modern IP cameras on the same system. Security system integrators, low-voltage technicians, and surveillance professionals are the primary installers of this unit. It is appropriate for use in multi-camera installations across retail, light commercial, and larger residential properties where centralized 4K recording is required.

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by licensed low-voltage technicians or qualified security system integrators. Power down all connected camera feeds and network infrastructure before servicing or replacing the unit. Follow local low-voltage wiring codes and the manufacturer documentation for network port configuration and camera channel mapping. Do not exceed the rated camera channel capacity when adding IP or analog inputs.
