The WATTS BRASS TUBULAR PL-3029 is a quick connect elbow fitting designed to join 3/8-inch outside diameter tubing to a 3/8-inch male pipe thread connection at a 90-degree angle. The push-to-connect design eliminates the need for compression ferrules or soldering, allowing for fast, tool-free tube insertion. This fitting is rated for use with poly or soft copper tubing and is sold in a package of five. Plumbers and water treatment technicians commonly install this fitting in under-sink filtration systems, reverse osmosis lines, icemaker supplies, and similar low-pressure potable water applications.

This fitting is suited to residential and light commercial plumbing applications where flexible poly or soft copper supply lines terminate at a threaded port. Typical installations include point-of-use water filters, refrigerator icemaker lines, and humidifier supply connections. It is not approved for use with steel tubing or in any concealed installation location where access for inspection or service is restricted.
