Description

The SANUS – LEGRAND SF26-B1 is a steel speaker stand designed to elevate bookshelf or satellite speakers to optimal listening height in residential and light commercial audio installations. Built from steel construction and finished in black, this stand provides a stable, floor-standing platform for small to mid-size speakers. Standing at 26 inches tall, it suits typical seated listening environments where speaker placement at or near ear level improves stereo imaging and sound clarity. Audio installers and AV integrators commonly specify this type of stand for home theater setups and dedicated listening rooms.

The SF26-B1 is suited for residential home theater rooms, living room stereo setups, and small commercial audio environments. It is intended for use with compact bookshelf or satellite speakers that require floor-standing elevation rather than wall or shelf mounting. The 26-inch height makes it appropriate for seating arrangements where listeners are at a standard seated ear level. Installers sourcing a clean, all-black stand for a finished room environment will find this a straightforward fit for most compact speaker footprints.

Installation Notes

Speaker stands of this type are installed by AV integrators or experienced DIYers and require no special tools beyond basic hand tools for any assembly steps. Before placing a speaker on the stand, confirm the speaker base dimensions are supported by the stand top plate. Position the stand on a level surface to maintain stability and prevent tipping. Always follow the speaker and stand manufacturer load guidelines to avoid overloading the platform.
