Installation Notes

Installation is performed by carpenters or door hardware installers using a chisel, router, or hinge mortiser to prepare the door and frame mortises. Ensure the door is properly supported and all fasteners are driven flush to avoid binding. Reference local building codes for door hardware requirements on fire-rated assemblies. Do not over-drive screws, as this can strip the mortise and affect hinge alignment.
