The Pentair Plastic Strainer Basket (355318Z) is the OEM replacement strainer basket for the Pentair Challenger High Flow pump line.
The strainer basket sits inside the pump’s strainer housing and captures debris before it can reach the impeller. Replacing a cracked, warped, or missing basket restores the pump’s ability to pre-filter water flow and protects internal pump components from damage.
