The LIFTMASTER CAP4EXPND is a 4AP expansion board designed to extend the access control capabilities of compatible LiftMaster systems. This board adds additional door control capacity to an existing access control panel, allowing a single system to manage multiple entry points. It is a direct-wired component installed inside or alongside the main control enclosure. Licensed access control technicians and security system integrators are the primary trade professionals who install this type of expansion hardware.

This expansion board is suited for commercial and light-commercial applications where a base access control system needs to support additional doors beyond its standard configuration. Typical install scenarios include multi-tenant buildings, parking facilities, and controlled-access commercial spaces where centralized management of several doors or gates is required. The unit is sold individually.
