Description

The RAINBIRD NATIONAL SLS HEVAN08 is a high-efficiency, variable arc spray nozzle designed for residential and commercial irrigation systems. Part of the HVAN Series, it delivers spray coverage over a throw range of 6 to 8 inches and is rated up to 40% more efficient than standard spray nozzles. Superior flow control technology produces larger water droplets that fall quickly and resist wind-driven overspray, resulting in more uniform coverage across the entire spray pattern including the area closest to the head. Licensed irrigation contractors and landscape professionals install this nozzle as part of low-volume, water-saving sprinkler systems.

The HEVAN08 suits residential lawn and landscape zones where water conservation is a priority. The variable arc design makes it adaptable to irregular turf and planting bed shapes without requiring multiple fixed-arc nozzles. It is compatible with standard spray-type sprinkler heads and is commonly installed in municipal water-restricted areas, HOA properties, and commercial landscapes where uniform distribution and reduced runoff are required. Each package contains 25 nozzles, making this a practical choice for larger irrigation installations or contractor restocking.

Installation Notes

Installation is typically performed by licensed irrigation contractors or qualified landscape professionals. Shut off the irrigation system and relieve line pressure before removing or installing nozzles. Arc and throw adjustments should be made after system pressure is restored to verify coverage and avoid overlapping zones. Follow local water authority guidelines and applicable codes for irrigation system modifications.
