E-Z Clor Alkalinity Up is designed to increase total alkalinity and improve pool water stability. Proper alkalinity acts as a buffer that helps prevent rapid pH changes, making water balance easier to maintain throughout the swimming season.
This easy-to-use granular formula is made from sodium bicarbonate and helps support sanitizer performance while protecting pool surfaces, plumbing, and equipment from corrosive conditions. The convenient 5 lb pouch is ideal for routine maintenance and correcting low alkalinity levels in residential pools.
Pro Tip
Test and adjust alkalinity before making pH adjustments. Proper alkalinity helps stabilize pH and can reduce the amount of additional balancing chemicals needed.
Installation Tips
Broadcast the product evenly across the pool surface with the circulation system running. Retest water chemistry after circulation to verify total alkalinity is within the recommended range.
