GSL II is a lectin derived from Griffonia simplicifolia, conjugated to fluorescein for green-channel fluorescence detection of N-acetylglucosamine and /-linked mannose residues. It is used in glycan profiling, cell labeling, and histochemistry to study glycoprotein expression and carbohydrate-mediated cell interactions. The FITC tag enables sensitive visualization in microscopy and flow cytometry.

Why Researchers Choose It

  • Binds N-acetylglucosamine and /-linked mannose residues
  • FITC tag enables green-channel fluorescence detection
  • Used in glycan profiling, cell labeling, and histochemistry
  • Supports microscopy and flow cytometry workflows

This product is for Research Use Only (RUO). It is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
