The mender nut was built to be the object that connects all the parts included in the hose kit like thewall connectiontothe PVC hose (4 foot)andswivelswhich then connects to thePVC hose (8 foot). It essentially connects all the parts included in thehose kitand provides the high-pressure water that comes from thebooster pumpto the cleaner so it can successfully operate.
This part is white and is strategically placed throughout different locations along the hose kit providing a tight and strong bond between this collection of parts. When installing the mender nuts on the ends of the various parts they connect you want the twist adapter facing outwards towards the hoses that they are connecting to so you can twist the mender nuts clockwise until it is tight, creating the bond needed to keep everything connected.
