This is a thread-in type jet insert with a 3 1/4″ diameter jet face as used in Nordic hot tubs and other brand spas.Typically found in spa models from 2013 model year and newer.
5 point Revo style 2-tone jet.

There is also a similar style twin roto Revo jet in beige used in 2008-2013 model years 102028 (snap in style) if needed instead of this thread in jet.
