Description
The Pentair 355617Z is the OEM replacement diffuser for the SuperFlo pump, covering 1/2 HP Full Rated through 3/4 HP Full Rated and 1 HP Up Rated configurations.
What It Does
The diffuser channels water from the impeller into the pump volute, converting rotational velocity into pressure. A cracked or worn diffuser reduces hydraulic efficiency and can cause the pump to lose prime or deliver reduced flow. Match the part number stamped on your existing diffuser before ordering to confirm the correct HP rating for your SuperFlo.

Pro Tip
SuperFlo diffusers are HP-specific the 1/2 HP Full Rated and 1 HP Up Rated diffusers are not interchangeable with the 1 HP Full Rated version. Before ordering, confirm the HP rating and service factor stamped on your pump’s motor nameplate matches the ratings listed above. When the pump is open for diffuser replacement, inspect the impeller and shaft seal at the same time replacing worn components together avoids a second disassembly.
