Description
The SCHLAGE COMMERCIAL ND96JRHO626 is a Vandlgard storeroom lever lock in the ND Series, designed for commercial and institutional door hardware applications. It features a Large Format Less Core (LFLC) cylinder configuration, meaning the lock ships without a core installed and accepts large-format interchangeable cores for keying flexibility. The Rhodes lever trim is finished in Satin Chrome (626). The unit includes a 13-247 latch and a 10-025 strike. Licensed locksmiths, commercial door hardware installers, and facilities maintenance technicians are the primary trades that specify and install this hardware.
This storeroom function lock is suited for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities where a door must remain locked from the outside at all times while allowing free egress from the inside without a key. Typical applications include storage rooms, server rooms, supply closets, and secured utility spaces in schools, hospitals, offices, and similar buildings. The Vandlgard design provides reinforced trim to resist physical attack, making it appropriate for high-traffic or security-sensitive openings.
